Best Clean African market with awesome quality products and good prices. parking right in front of shop Great customer service . Good honest people

Happy to support this local business. Very friendly staff that talks to you about the products if you have questions and clean store. I believe they are mostly from Ghana. The cashier was shocked to see me come in and buy okra, I think that was the first day he saw a white person buy/eat okra (although I don't consider us Italians "white" in the traditional sense). He said "I never knew the white man ate okra". They have great quality okra too. Firm and green, not soft and brown like many of the street vendors sell. I love the smell in the store too, I think it may be from the meat section in the back. Great local gem and I plan on continuing to buy products here for cooking!

This is the closest African Market to me and it is always a pleasure visiting. It is clean and the owner and his staff are helpful and friendly. They have the staple West African foods available. Their prices are a little high compared to other stores in Brooklyn but understandably so. They take cash, debit, credit and EBT.

I love this store! Its very clean and organized. The location is rather small but I always find everything I need there. They sell food (yam, plantain, garden egg, garri, choco milo, milo, nido, peak mill etc, dried meats and fish, etc) and other things like soaps (dudu osu etc) and fabric. The cashier is always friendly and professional. I love them!

They specialize in items from Nigeria and the surrounding area. They had a few things I recognized but a ton I didn't and a few that were shockingly pungent. The cashier was friendly but was convinced that the Whitie must have some ulterior motive for visiting his store. He asked if I owned a store and I had to explain that not only did I not own a competing business but that I lived across the nation. He relaxed a little after that. Got some exotic snacks for the fam to try out. The corn nuts were very familiar, the dried sweet plantains were delicious and still very moist and the Chin Chin, the snack that looked like dog kibble, was far better than I had any right to expect it to be. An all around delightful, little excursion.
